This rare collector's print bears two original signatures. Each print is hand signed by Thomas Kinkade with both his 'Robert Girrard' and Thomas Kinkade signatures.

There is only one edition of this image. There can be no other editions of this image. There will be no licensing of this image for plates, calendars, placemats or other three dimensional products.

This is one of only two Thomas Kinkade prints that has the 'First Cottage' embossed in its border. Boating Day is printed on beautiful, heavy archival art paper.
